I was unable to upload M4a files but found some answers on how to convert them to WAV files. Hurdle 1.
Hurdle 2: When trying to upload the WAV files to MOH it does not give me an error anymore but it also doesn’t work. It gives me a box that tells me to wait while it finished uploading and then after I click OK it brings be back to the FreePBX System Status page.
Any ideas on what I should try to do differently? It worked at one time because there is one recording in there right now…and our customers hate it!
I have been able to upload custom voice recordings just fine.
