We’ve got a deployment in the Sangoma portal that isn’t currently ‘active’ as we’ve moved to the Debian 12 version of FreePBX.
The problem is that due to a previous hardware upgrade, we’ve already used the deployment ID reset in the portal, and can’t move our commercial module licenses to the upgraded install.
The KB shows that we should be able to contact support to have our ID reset, but we can’t raise a ticket because we don’t have and support credits.
Is this right? Surely we shouldn’t need to purchase support to be able to move our deployment ID to the new server?
