I don’t think that any user should have TL4, with one exception. I think it would be a meaningful gesture to make @cynjut 's profile TL4. @Pitzkey said it eloquently shortly after we all learned of his passing:
At some point it was removed, though I doubt anyone who truly knew him would have done so intentionally. @cynjut was a leader and a pillar of this community, and it would be fitting for his profile to reflect the deep respect we all had for him. Seeing his posts marked with “Leader” would serve as a lasting tribute to his contributions here and the impact he had on all of us.
