Having an issue where my Voip.ms trunks as well as user endpoints keep disconnecting all the time.
Typically network overloading, or routers dropping temporary NAT and firewall rules. More information is required to be more specific. Also look at postings by others, as destinations being marked unreachable is one of the most common questions.
What firewall are you using? and are you running fail2ban?
