Trunk Setting Toplink Press

Hello,
i try to configure my FreePBX.
I have some trouble with my Trunks.
My Provider is Toplink Xpress.

My FreePBX becomes a connection to my provider, but is i try a call to outside the phone rings but there is no voice. The connection broke after about 30 seconds.

Do anyone use Toplink Xpress and can send me the Settings for FreePBX 17 ?

With those symptoms, the problem is likely to be with your router settings, or a failure to set you public address on FreePBX, not anything specific to the provider.

the firewall on the FreePBX is turned off.
My hardware Firewall is set for debug with a “any to any” rule.
It´s the same result.

Are you working with a ToplinkXpress trunk? Can you post your setting?

There are sufficiently few responders that it is unlikely anyone has knowledge of your provider.

The symptom you are getting is that media is flowing and that is either because it it being directed to the wrong address (hence the public address), or something is blocking it. The only thing on Asterisk that is configurable is the public address, but getting that is not specific to your provider.
