Hello,
I have to change the host for the trunk.
I change it on the Connectivity / trunks / sip settings and write the new host (sip provider)
I save it, submit, reload, re start the virtual machine, but the old host is used.
How can I modifiy that ?

Receating trunk with new host, did u try?
Though not recommended, some trunks have settings on the Incoming tab as well as Outgoing, in which case you have to change the host= for both.
If your trunk uses registration, you also must change the register string at the bottom of the Incoming tab.
If you still have trouble, search for the old host name (or address) in
/etc/asterisk/sip_additional.conf
possibly there is a different trunk still using the old name.
