The provider has rejected the call with a SIP 503, which is a catch all rejection code, and an ISDN cause code of 58, Bearer capability not available. I’m not really sure what that would mean here, so I think you need to ask the provider. Although 503 is often used for phone numbers in the wrong format, or trying to set caller ID to an unapproved value, the 58 code doesn’t really make sense for those.
There are also failing incoming calls in the log. If you were trying to call yourself, I suppose they could explain the 58. The one I saw was rejected with 488, Not Acceptable Here, which is generally used if there are no codecs in common, or if encryption options are incompatible.
