Trunk compared to extension

hi everyone

I want to know how scale trunk compared to extension?for example i have 10 sip extensions and only one sip trunk. Is it right? is there any criterion for extensions and trunk?thanks in advance

Here is a good article on trunking. You need to have some basic information on how many calls will be happening simultaneously, how long the calls last, etc.
