Trixbox Reports Problem on Reports Tab

I used to get the error " YOU MUST ACCESS THE CDR THROUGH THE ASTERISK MANAGEMENT PORTAL " When trying to access CDR REPORT under the PBX menu in the GUI, but I got the issue resolved by doing the following command chown # asterisk /var/lib/php/session … but now I am getting the same error message when trying to access Report from the main GUI ( Not the one in PBX menu ).
Help please

I just installed and I get the same problem but:

  1. I found clues in /var/log/httpd/error_log
    • It looks like a MySQL issue or they changed all variables.

2)I may start using AsteriskNow on VMWare.

Trixbox has nothing to do with FreePBX. Trixbox “forked” FreePBX 2.5 and put that in a distro called 2.8.

We don’t have any clue to what they have done to in that distro.

My suggestions are:

  1. Ask over at trixbox forums.
  2. Change distro to AsteriskNOW, PBX in a Flash or Elastix.

My strongest suggestion is number 2
