Transfer to queue

Hello,

Background:
I defined a couple of queues in the system and successfully linked inbound routs to them, either directly or through an IVR and it all works great.

When I try to call the queue (or transfer a call to it) from a regular extension, I can’t. In the cli I see that there’s no such route in the from-internal context.

Question:
How can I reach the queue from an extension?

I’m using FreePBX version 2.8.1.4.
