I have been the system admin for our FreePBX system for a number of years, but now it is time to hand that over to someone else. Under “Admin” I see an Administrators item, System Admin, User admin, but none of those seems to be the right place to hand everything over to another person. How do I extricate myself from the system and hand it over to someone else?
What are you meaning? What account do you use to manage the application. I would assume you would make a new user with full permissions under Admin > Administrators, then you could delete yours. Then have them change the root credentials, I would imagine you are out. You would have to confirm that you don’t have any other vectors that need to be addressed.
