Actually on my FreepBX all incoming call are sended to IVR.
Is there any easy way so that all incoming call will be forwarded to a cell phone completely bypassing IVR and in a total unattended mode?

Applications > Misc Destinations is probably what you are looking for?
Along with possibly a Call Flow Control if you want to be able to toggle between having calls route to the IVR and the cell phone.

I’ve solved the issue by using follow me option on a particular exension e modifying IVR so that all incoming traffic will be redirected to this particular exension that has enabled follow me option on a cell phone number.
Indeed I was looking for a temporary solution, only for few days.
From the next week all will return to the original configuration.
