The Drupal/Trac integration we use has been upgraded, and so Trac will now properly send email notifications when a ticket you’re connected to has been updated (#2348). It is on by default for everyone, however, due to the way things work, it will not take effect until you log into freepbx.org.
If you want to turn it off, there is a setting under “My account” > “Edit”.
Some accounts (like mine) have had it working already - this is simply because it was set from Trac on the old website. It will continue working, though it will now be updated to use your e-mail address from this website (if it’s different).
