In the FreePBX Status screen, what is the difference between active calls and active channels? At one point, one user was on the phone and active calls was 1 and active channels was 2.
If you jump into the asterisk command-line you’ll see that there’s a SIP channel and the DAHDI/SIP channel (towards the PSTN) to make the one call.
