Not sure if there is a way to address this, but I am hearing that some staff notice if the person on the call is quiet, the connection sounds as though the call is dropped but the person is still there. Is there some type of noice canceling threshold that can be set?
Unfortunately as of now asterisk rejects any attempts to add “comfort noise” that many other VOIP solutions offer, maybe turn a fan on ?
