Toggle call between phone numbers with followme

Hi all,

I want to know if it is possible to toggle the call between the phone numbers (extension, cel phone) with the followme module when we are in call ?
If yes, how to do that ?

Asterisk 10.3, freepbx 2.10, CentOS 6.1 x86_64.
