I have a time group that automatically forwards phone calls from Friday at 2300 to Monday at 0700 hrs. This time group is tied to an inbound route. If the destination matches, forward the call to an external number. If the destination doesn’t match, ring a group of phones.
What is happening is that this rule is kicking in on Friday morning at 0100 hrs, not Friday at 2300 hrs, as it’s set.
I looked at the server time and date, and it’s spot on. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?
