I have 5 incoming routes and 5 ring groups.
Look at this diagram:
My question is:
Do I need to create 5 Workday Time Conditions because I can only set 1 ring group at a time to the Workday condition?

Not an expert but yes, I believe you do. At least, we do this, we have multiple Inbound Routes going to Time Conditions, one for each business.
