Right now I have inbound routes going to a holiday time condition that go to a normal time condition that go to say a queue. In the past I have added the times and removed them because they seem to not turn off correctly. I wanted to get some feedback to make sure I am doing it right.
For example I want my holiday time group to go to an announcement when it is between July 3rd at 2PM to July 4th at 4PM. I have the group setup as follows.
Time to start: 14:00
Time to stop: 16:00
Week day start: blank
Week day finish: blank
Month day start: 3
Month day finish: 4
Month start: July
Month finish: July
This seems to make sense to me but please let me know.
