Time Condition Help

Having issues with getting Time conditions to work right. Want office ring group to ring 8 - 5, and go to an answering service outside of that. Here is a quick Loom video going through my settings.

Am I missing something obvious?

First thing, confirm that the time is set correctly under Admin > System Admin > Time zone. If you need to change it, then restart the PBX afterwards.

It is set to UTC, but server time depicted as CDT, which is correct. Do I need to change time zone to Central as well?

Change it from UTC/UTC to the correct time zone and restart the PBX.
