I have two time conditions in FreePBX:
- A calendar-based time condition for special events.
- A regular time-based time condition for office hours.
My inbound route first checks the calendar-based time condition, and if there’s no event, it moves to the regular office hours condition.
Before I added the calendar time condition, the receptionist had a button on her phone that showed green for daytime and red for nighttime. Since adding the new condition, the BLF stays red most of the time because we don’t have many events. It seems the BLF is linked to the calendar-based time condition now.
Is there a way to choose which time condition the BLF follows?
We’re using FreePBX 16 with a Sangoma S705 phone and Sangoma EXP100.
