"This call may be recorded for quality assurance"

Newbie question.

I’m using FreePBX for my call center. Have a specific customer with their own DID.

The DID rings to a shared queue 999. I only want when calls come to this DID that it plays a prompt “this call may be recorded for quality assurance”

I tried creating an inbound route for the DID then adding an announcement to the route, then having the announcement timeout to the queue. Didn’t work.

IVR seems like it might work but since I don’t want the caller to press anything…?

use an ivr if that works but dont set any dial options and then timeout to your Queue.
