Things that would be nice in Corporate Enviroments

I know that some items are well beyond scope but there are the things I would love most in 2024.

  1. Single pain of glass service cloud integration.
  2. Rhel 8 or 9 or both supported
  3. Queues that span servers for round the clock distribuation.
  4. Queues with skill based routing .
