There is no Yealink SIP-T30P (SIP-T30) in EPM

Good afternoon. The specified model is already quite old and it seems that it is no longer for sale. It’s strange that she’s not in the module.

Devices are historically added to EPM through funding from the manufacturer or special agreement. It is likely Yealink didn’t want to pay for “certification” of this model.

I know our (Clearly IP) platform supports the T30/T30P so it is unlikely a technical issue

You can open a feature request How to open a Feature Request - Support Services - Documentation but historically the response has been to ask the manufacturer to get the phone certified

Thanks. I understood. Probably not so relevant with this model. I made myself a template for this model, copied the configuration from a similar SIP-T31.
