The problem with follow me in groups and queues

Hello.

I have Asterisk 1.8 and FreePBX

For extension 100 I added the setting Follow me on cell phone

And So
Extension number 100, I put in a group 660

If I call on the extension number 100 follow me settings are working properly and I get a call on a cell phone

But if I call in a queue of calls, I only hear the music …

Prompt me, please, what the settings in the interface should I check?

This problem is solved by adding the # sign at the end of the extension in the settings group rings
