Hi everyone. I inherited this from the previous admin:
PBX Version: 14.0.17
PBX Distro: 12.7.8-2306-1.sng7
Asterisk Version: 13.38.3
The problem is that the activation failed, and I don’t know the ID code. I’m trying to reactivate, but it’s giving me a timeout error.
Activation Error!
Unable to display activation page. Error returned was:Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received
curl -I https://schmoozecom.com curl: (51) Unable to communicate securely with peer: requested domain name does not match the server’s certificate.
Packet exchange with katanafpbx.schmoozecom.com.cdn.cloudflare.net [104.18.132.110] with 32 bytes of data:
Response from 104.18.132.110: number of bytes=32, time=72 ms, TTL=57
Response from 104.18.132.110: number of bytes=32, time=78 ms, TTL=57
Response from 104.18.132.110: number of bytes=32 time=75 ms TTL=57
Response from 104.18.132.110: number of bytes=32 time=76 ms TTL=57
That’s just a less precise wording of the more detailed error already reported.
However my impression is the OP actually has two different failures.
My suspicion on the above one is that the site has not been properly hosted on Cloudflare, or the client can’t cope with Cloudflare’s use of wild cards. What would actually be useful is the subject name from the actual certificate. I didn’t want to get that myself, as I’m slighly wary of the possibility that Cloudflare will consider the aborted TLS connection suspicious activity and might consider blacklisting me.
v14 has been EOL’d for years. Please upgrade to v17 and try again.
