The number u have dialed is not in service!

I’m new to freepbx.
I have just purchased one the freepbx plans. I used the auto configure key with the sipstation module.

But everytime i try to make a call, I get this message from my softphone: the number u have dialed is not in service.

can you please help me…I’m totally clueless about whatelse to do now. I did configure the outbound route too.

Received incoming SIP connection from unknown peer indicates that it doesn’t know who the sending party is… What steps have you taken in your setup? Have you setup your extensions, trunks, inbound and outbound routes?
