The number is not displayer on the number I call

Hello,
When I call somebody, the distant phone don’t display the caller number.
Why ?
Is that possible to display the extension name ?
For exemple, my number is 1234 and the extension is 101 name Thierry.
is that possible to display 1234/Thierry ?
