The FAX arrives in TIFF Format instead of PDF

Hi,

I’ve an uptodate installation of Freepbx 13 / Asterisk 13 on a fresh Debian Jessie.

The Fax to mail module is OK but I receive the FAX in TIFF format whereas I asked it in PDF Format in User management…

Any idea ? How can I debug this ? Linux modules is missing ?

Hi!

My bets would be on tiff2pdf, if it is not present it doesn’t convert to PDF…
