Hello,
I am experiencing one of my user management directories giving the message “The directory for this user is currently locked while updates are being run”.
I tried running fwconsole --syncall --verbose --force and found there was a process still running. I went ahead and killed the process and re ran it, but even after it finished I am still seeing the message and unable to make any changes to the users. What may I need to do to clear the update message?
Also is there any way for me to see why a userman sync process takes about 3 hours? Right now, it is set to automatically synchronize every 6 hours, but I am unsure as to why the user manager takes around that time to sync with the Microsoft Active Directory
