I wanted to add to previous thread but it was closed.
In addition to checking for a valid ari user with “asterisk -r” and “ari show users” and checking that under advanced settings the http prefix field does not contain a “0” also make sure if you use something like openssl rand -base64 30 to generate a password to remove any and all special characters or you will get the asterisk rest interface not able to connect error.
