TFTP timeout for Yealink Remote Directory

I have a number of Yealink phones that cannot DL the directory. IN the firewall pcap I see this
375169 11:01:38.062715 72.12.196.xxx 144.202.49.xxxTFTP 102 Read Request, File: RiggsDirectory.xml, Transfer type: octet, tsize=0, blksize=1432, timeout=5

I cannot find a setting in the base file for the phones, can I change the timeout for them in the system?
System version is 16.0.40.10
