I’m not sure if this is my ability search for a product or if I am looking for a product that just isn’t available off the shelf. In essence I am looking of a portal that my customers can use to modify extensions, group and conference rooms.
If anyone has any suggestions that would be good

If you are looking for a multi-tenant solution, you can use FreePBX, but it’s not really designed for that and doesn’t really scale well above more than one client.
If you are looking for something that a single group of tenants can use to manage a single office space (consolidate conference rooms, extensions visible to all, that kind of thing) then FreePBX may well be what you are looking for.
