TAPI Freepbx

For a project with Freepbx i need to use TAPI.

Can someone tell me how work TAPI and how enable this ?

TAPI is an API to let programs communicate with Telephony Devices - there are quite a few TAPI interfaces for Asterisk - we have used xtelsio extensively and it works well:
