T1 not lighting Wildcard

Have a Siemens Hicom300 TMDN64 card cabled to a Digium Wildcard TE121BF on server running FreePBX 2.9.0.7 from distro. Siemens side is up but no lights on the Digium card. status of the Digium card is:

I would start with configuring the card, have you read the DAHDI documentation from Digium, run dahdi_genconf then tweaked your signalling for CPE?

You also need a crossover cable.
