Hi everyone,
Using Freepbx 2.8.0.4
Asterisk 1.6
Created a few custom recordings, configured IVR and/or Ringroup to use these WAV files. However every time I call in from outside I don’t hear anything. Then I go to the log file and find the following:
[Dec 30 03:49:12] VERBOSE[3517] pbx.c: – Executing [s@ivr-3:12] ExecIf(“SIP/voipprovider.com-00000002”, “1?Background(custom/test)”) in new stack
[Dec 30 03:49:12] WARNING[3517] file.c: File custom/test does not exist in any format
[Dec 30 03:49:12] WARNING[3517] file.c: Unable to open custom/test (format 0x4 (ulaw)): No such file or directory
[Dec 30 03:49:12] WARNING[3517] pbx.c: ast_streamfile failed on SIP/voipprovider.com-00000002 for custom/test
Things I’ve done to find or correct the problem:
a) If I go to /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/custom test file is there as: test.wav
user and group are asterisk:asterisk
b) If I play the file on the system menu recordings page, I can hear the recorded file.
c) I also configured freepbx so that insted of using IVR as incoming to use RINGROUP the calls get in fine, however when it tries to play the file I get the same WARNING.
d) I’ve tried amportal chown and it comes ok, there is no other errors displayed.
e) I’ve converted the test.wav file to gsm and it didn’t work either.
f) Called 7777 as simulating the inbound call and the same problem.
Think I’ve spent a good 5 to 6 hours trying to figure this out and I’m droping the towel I need some help.
Regards,
Eddie
