When I record something from my phone for the system recordings it saves it in a wav format. Here is the problem the files are not playing. When I download them to a computer the files do have size to them but will not play either. To me it sounds likes the PBX does not have the codec to record in.
FYI when I go into my voicemail system it records no problem.
I am having the same problem. When I go to recorded phone calls in ARI. Nothing is played with quicktime plugin. Downloaded file and still doesn’t play in any media player. Even have tried using windows vista, and still nothing will play but give an error. Seems to me that since i did an package update the wav’s are getting corrupted.
