System recording language dropdown empty

we are using freepbx 13
and current installation has all modules updated.

Now suddently I cant select language when uploading sound recordings (wav)

Recordings 13.0.28

Have you activated the languages in the Sound Languages module. You can only pick languages in system recordings that have been installed through Sound Languages first.

Downloaded the English files and everything is good now. Is this a new thing you have to do? Thanks for the help Tony
