Plz i need help ,
i need to play a random files in the same record

Where do you play these audios? Announcement? IVR?

In the announcement

Inbound call = annoucement = random files

You’ll need a custom dialplan to do the random portion.

Also, your PBX it’s quite old, consider updating.
