System down asterisk will not start after failed attempt to switch to asterisk 13

Please any help greatly appreciated.

Just updated to 10.13.66-1 then tried to change to asterisk 13.

the following was received

asterisk13 had an issue being installed and did not complete
Review the console logs and resolve the RPM conflict first
echo and rerun this script to try again.

then a module update we tried, and the system locked up.

the system was rebooted

asterisk did not start

asterisk -rvvvvv
-bash: asterisk: command not found

then fwconsole start ws tried

the following was returned.

Try re-installing

asterisk-version-switch

And re-select 13

then this was tryed yum upgrade nodejs

with the following results

Trying other mirror.
