Sysadmin Pro Module updates

I am setting up the Sysadmin Pro module to automatically update and can’t find any documentation on it that answers my questions.

  1. If I set it to autoupdate at 2AM, and a reboot is necessary will it perform the update?
  2. If it does an update with someone on the phone is it graceful (will it wait for the user to get off the phone?)

If a reboot is needed it will just do the reboot and wont wait for anything.
