Sysadmin Pro FTP permissions

I purchased Sysadmin pro, disabled tftp and enabled ftp and set the username and password.
I am getting 553 Could not create file. when phones try to upload.
How do I fix the permissions? FreePBX 13.0.131 Distro with PBX 10.13.66.12

the user can also get out of the /tftboot folder. How do I keep user from moving out of folder?

Our FTP setup is for read only for protection. Its for pulling configs not writing

That is currently unsupported. There are legacy devices that require it, but those are deprecated currently, and will be removed in the Sangoma 7 distro.
