it should be, but make sure the card can support dahdi driver for BRI and no need to patch; otherwise, you have to patch dahdi driver to support freepbx.
No it is not supported and you will have to spend many many hours researching and compiling and then configuring a driver that would work in modern asteriski , especially any FreePBX distro.
