Why do I need to create a github account to open a trouble ticket? It used to be my Sangoma account was all I needed to open a TT… It wants you to match 10 images that don’t align and are reversed color so the images look totally different than what you are shown to match! What an absolute pia.
Sangoma support tickets are handled via help.sangoma.com – is that where you are seeing this CAPTCHA ? Or portal.sangoma.com – where you purchase support ?

GitHub is for open source code issues, bugs, feature requests, etc. not paid assistance and/or commercial module support from Sangoma. Please use help.sangoma.com for the latter ![]()
