Support does not work and Scribe itself

hello is anyone having problems with commercial modules?

I bought Scribe for a test but after the payment and the activation update it is not recognized

I tried to open a ticket in support but that does not work either, there is an error:

An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow
An unhandled fault has occurred while processing the flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information.
