Superfecta doesn't send email

Hello all,
iam using only “Send to email” at superfecta for input call notification, but i can’t receive any email…
I have enter “Email address” and “Default CNAM”.
Any help ?

look at your mail logs.

You might have to buy the system admin module and enter the smtp email settings.
