Suddenly stop receiving FAX

Below is the FreePBX version I am using:
FW Console - FreePBX Utility 16.0.40.13

Below is the Asterisk version information:

We are facing problem of incoming fax fail. We are getting below error:

Sometimes it works fine, but most of time I get this error.
We are using bandwidth.com as provider to send and receive faxes.
Please assist to fix this problem.
