Suddenly disconnection by caller, can not find any reason from FreePBX log

Hello, friends. I met a issue about network phone call, but have no idea how to resolve it. Can anyone help with it?
This issue happened on two weeks ago, when one of my employee Connie was calling by using MicroSIP (Phone call software with SIP number), it suddenly disconnect. I find the FreePBX log below but I can not understand. Could anyone understand the log? So appreciate it with that.
