Subscription request from endpoint anonymous rejected

This error is appearing in my Asterisk log after performing an in-place upgrade from FreePBX 13 to 14.

[2020-01-29 14:02:32] WARNING[27469]: res_pjsip_pubsub.c:3043 pubsub_on_rx_subscribe_request: Subscription request from endpoint anonymous rejected. Expiration of 0 is invalid

I’ve compared the FreePBX settings and phone settings with another site using same FreePBX v14 and phones (Grandstream gxp2130).

Any ideas what’s causing this trouble?
