Still can hear the client when is on wait

Hello everyone,

I’m new to freepbx and I have to fix an issue on a setup.

I have a weird issue on a phone at an office. When someone call and is putted on wait, the client hear the waiting sound but we can still hear him.
How can I configure that the man who answer cannot hear the client anymore when is on waiting ?
